Macaroni and Cheese Recipe with Bacon

This Lumberjack macaroni and cheese recipe has quite a few perks to it, but there is clearly a best part worth mentioning. IT HAS BACON! The best part is YOU CAN MAKE IT IN UNDER 30 MINUTES!


– Macaroni Noodles – Cheddar Cheese – Velveeta Cheese – Worcestershire Sauce – Chili Sauce

Should you choose to make this lumberjack macaroni and cheese recipe ahead of time, you could easily add milk and reheat when ready, or, you can always opt to freeze it.

Cook the macaroni noodles until al dente. Drain water. DO NOT RINSE. Return macaroni noodles to the pot and place on lowest heat setting.


Add the shredded cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese cubes, Worcestershire and canned chili. Mix well. Do not let the mixture sit. Keep stirring to help the cheese melt.


Add the melted butter and continue to stir until the ingredients are mixed well and melted together nicely.


If your mixture is still sticky, you can add a splash of milk and raise the heat. Continue to stir well until the creamy consistency is achieved.


Top the macaroni with crispy, crumbled bacon.
