Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
– 1 1/2 cups milk (2 percent)
– 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped dill leaves
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– pinch of pepper

Fresh dill is best for this recipe. I know you might be tempted to use dried but please trust me on this one. You can typically buy fresh dill sprigs at your local grocery (check the produce section) for just a few dollars.
